As a newly established and small-scale business, we offer no return or refund policy. However, we make exceptions for.
- An exchange if a wrong item was shipped to you.
- A refund if a payment was incorrectly processed, or your card was over-charged.
- A refund or exchange if your card was overcharged for an item, or a wrong item was sent to you and your preferred item is out of stock.
- If you are returning an item because you received an incorrect order, returns are free for both local and international orders, using the return portal. You have 7 days from when you receive your order, to send it back to us.
- When creating your return through the portal, you will receive a return label. Please use the address label provided on the return label to ship your package back to us.
- If you are returning online orders, we will process your return and issue a refund within 7 days of the package arriving at our collection center.
- Refunds will NOT be processed using the original payment method, it will be converted into a store credit, which will be applied to your next purchase at checkout. You will however receive a refund confirmation email as soon as we have issued your refund.
- Yes, you may return multiple items from different orders in the same parcel. When creating your return, you will be able to select the items you want to return from all the purchases that are still within the return window.
- We accept an exchange if a wrong item was shipped to you from our sorting center. We will send you the correct item after we have received the returned item at our collection center and ship the correct item to you.
- Your refund will be visible on your statement between 1 and 10 days after it has been processed.
- However, if a returned item is found to have been worn, stained with makeup or smells of perfumes or colognes, a 50% deduction will be made on the refund to cover up for the damaged/worn item/s.
- If your order has been sent to you using a trackable service, you can follow its journey to you. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order is on its way and the expected delivery date. Simply click on ‘Track Order’ link within the email and this will take you to your account.
Return Policy
We hope you are really happy with your Micthan Couture purchase. If not, please visit our return policy page and you’ll find everything you need to know on how to return an item.
- Items can be returned within five days of delivery or store purchase.
- Items should be clean, unworn and with tags still attached.
- You’ll need your original receipt or dispatch confirmation email.
- If a returned item is found to be worn, stained with makeup or smells of perfumes or colognes, a 50% deduction will be made on the refund to cover up for the faulty/damaged/worn item/s.
- When placing your online order, you can add additional delivery instructions underneath your delivery address in the checkout.
- Once dispatched, our courier will contact you to update you on the progress of your delivery and they may also provide you with certain options that you can make to your delivery.
- If you choose to add any specific delivery instructions, we are not liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of this.
- When placing your online order, you can add additional delivery instructions underneath your delivery address in the checkout.

What confirmation emails will I receive?
Order confirmation

We
will send you an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully
placed, confirming what items you purchased, the quantity and how much you will
be charged.
Dispatch confirmation.

We
will send you an email once your order has been dispatched, confirming what
items are in your order and your expected delivery date.
Ready for Collection
·
If
your order is being delivered to a Micthan Couture store or even a local
convenience store, we will send you an email confirming that the order has
arrived and is ready for pick up. Please do not try to collect your order if
you have not received this email as it may not be in store yet.
Ready for Collection Reminder (Store delivery)

If
you do not collect your order from store within 7 days, we will send you an
email to remind you that your order is ready for collection.
Order Cancellation

We
understand that on occasions, you may need to cancel your order prior to us
processing it at our distribution center. Once you have successfully cancelled
your order, we will send you an email confirming this.
- First thing to do is make sure our courier hasn’t left your parcel in an alternative location. They will inform you where your package is dropped with a calling card, or they may notify you by email or text.
- If you still can’t locate your parcel, please send us an email at info@micthancouture.com.
- Our couriers are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, airports, hospitals, and prisons. We will also, at our discretion, exclude delivery to any addresses which are considered to be insecure.
